energyX has recently invested in and set up an in-house Component Repair department to father supplement our overhaul and repair services. Our new shot blaster, ultrasonic baths, burnishing machine, spray booth and curing ovens allow us to complete over 90% of our overhaul and repair processes in-house, which means we can pass cost savings directly on to our customers.
We can provide a range of IPCOTE and IPSEAL coating systems to ensure your turbine components are fully protected against corrosion, erosion, fuels, oils and high temperatures.
In addition, we can now provide modern epoxy coating systems for onshore and offshore components such as valves.
